We had a FANTASTIC stay thanks to hotel's lovely and accommodating staff. Had wonderful and beautiful room, it included central heating, television, and coffee/tea making facilities.

The hotel was in a central setting in the Lake District. Besides, it was 10 min drive to Preston Docks.

We got a room with a bathtub. The hotel had an excellant and fantastic location to the the lake.

Exceptionally clean hotel in a perfectly clean building near the city center, Derwent Water and the starting point of many a great hikes, Keswick town centre and the lake. Very amiable and accommodating staff in the whole property. Coffee/tea making equipment and free tea available in the double room. Sumptuous breakfast options with granola and homemade bread, for instance.

Overall it was top-notch, with a private bathroom. There were WiFi and a TV set provided.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 2 nights, nevertheless everything was perfect. The location not very far from city centre was incredible and fab. The room was spacious, the staff was amiable and accommodating. The breakfast had a huge variety of coffee and toast.

The hotel was immaculately clean, the staff was affable and helpful. Actually, the room was impeccably clean, it also had a hairdryer, a shower cap, and towels. The location was good and absolutely perfect there, to the the lake.

There was The Lakeland Sandwich Shop nearby, offering quick meals. Enjoyable and sumptuous breakfast included toast, cereal, pancakes, and fruit.

Perfect, incredible location in Keswick, just off the shops/ restaurants. Nice bed in the double room, plus Wi-Fi and a TV set.

Marvellous and super location in over 20 years visiting the Lake District with views of the hills. Just next door to Derwentwater, Keswick town centre and theater and restaurants.
